Neoplasm mamar calcificat
Calcified Breast Cancer
(C.N., f., 54 ani / years old)
 Clinical Manifestentions: left breast tumor with nipple retraction and mobile axillary adenopathy, occured 2 years ago.
Clinic: tumoră mamară stângă cu retracție areolomamelonară importantă  și adenopatie axilară homolaterală mobilă. Evoluție cca 2 ani.
 Mammography: central breast opaque image with large areas of calcification (“tree” appearance).
Mamografia: imagine opacă centromamară cu zone masive de calcificare, cu aspect arborescent.
Surgical Specimen: operation - radical mastectomy and axillary lymphatics removal, Madden procedure.
Piesa operatorie: mastectomie radicală cu evidare axilară tip Madden.
Surgical Specimen (transsected): breast tumor with large areas of calcification.
Piesa operatorie secționată: tumoră cu zone mari de calcificare.
